• Any information you include in your message to us.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for analytics and security.

How we use your data

• To respond to your valuation enquiry and provide our services.
• To send you the rental forecast and follow-up communications you requested.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you submit the enquiry form, and legitimate interests to follow up about the service you asked about. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers (e.g. email and hosting providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering our service, and where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client (in which case we keep it for the duration of the contract plus 6 years for tax records).
